About Me:

I have always been a super intuitive soul, I just didn’t know how to work with it. I was told I was too sensitive, emotional, and too quiet when in reality I was trying to manage all of the energies I was unknowingly absorbing. It wasn’t until my Saturn return that I began to dip my toes into the spiritual space. I actually had a colleague ask me if I was an empath and I had no idea what that meant. After some deep research and finding like minded individuals online, a whole new world opened for me. Naturally my adult rock collection began, meditation became a daily practice, and I dove into all things spiritual. Really, I was just coming home to myself. After some darker moments of my Saturn return, becoming more in touch with my soul’s truest self saved me.

As someone who’s never really felt safe with women growing up, I’m realizing more as I get older, how critical female connection truly is. If I am being completely honest, I am still learning this along the way. My Chiron is in Cancer after all so this is a lifelong lesson for me as well.
